that would be a standard 88, no super.

and it has band brakes which would make it a 1951 or older!!

I was at an auction one time and the auctioneer and owner both made that mistake. They had an early 88 diesel listed as a Super 88. I guess just because it had the Diesel Power decal on the side of the hood. When I corrected the auctioneer and told him it wasn't a Super,and in fact was a real early 88 because it had band brakes,the owner didn't even take it very well.

I run a round baler so narrow front you would be running over the hay before the baler picks it up so that messes up[ the windrow and the hay. Ya ok with a square baler but not so much with a round baler where your weaving side to side and going over the windrows

Either way its a pretty straight old tractor,plus it looks like a Super hydraulic unit.

That is an 88 standard not a super 88. From what I understand the 88 standard was basically a Super 88 but due to being a standard it is not called a super 88 standard

well so I going to make the trade. can
always use another tractor. will be nice
