Softening markets, strong competition, lack of innovative new products, safety problems, law suits, growing public anger over mass shootings and increasing school shootings, maybe they are losing out on military contracts too. I like the 870 shotguns, but the pump gun market seems to have shifting from sporting firearms to home defense. They might be able to sell the 870 product line to another manufacturer.

This is also going to effect Marlin,H&R, bushmaster, and several other high end rifle companies that Remington outdoor sports own.

same here i soap up and shave neck tall kid doesn't even do that that shaving is a bad habit and waste of time

if people think POTUS will do nothing in the realm of gun control there is no reason to buy.

I hate to hear that. I imagine the '90s were their heyday. I know that all of my friends and I fell for it and bought guns and ammo because someone was gonna take them away, ha.
