This is a Non case running gear, with water weighing 8.33lbs per gallon this requires a fairly stout running gear with a much wider tire. The pail would need to be removed to verify whether this is a fuel tank or water tank, in order to date the construction of the tank I would need more pictures and dimensions and I would need to have the drawings in front of me, the tank usally brings $300-$400 alone at auction, I have bought several of these with non case running gears for $900 with plenty of case collectors in attendance at auction

The pics. that I am posting are from my 1914 Case Equipment Catalogue.
As said the running gear is not Case. This tender sold for $110.oo back in 1914. No telling what it is worth today. Color is definitely all wrong, and is missing the pump, for a steam engine or it is a gasoline tender.
I believe you would need to find a steam enthusiast to pay big bucks for it.
Loren
