Our local TSC has a selection of blade bolts. Try a 'farm' store,or implement dealer.

Proably part of Alamo Group now sold as Rhino. Was at tsc today seen they had quite selction of shredder blades and mounting bolts.

You might check Agri-supply.com. They seem to have quite a bit of stuff like that.
