Bill --

Airmont or Fairmount? Fairmount Tool and Forge -- of Cleveland, Ohio -- was one of the largest wrench makers in the first half of the 1900s, and went through some hard times in the 1960s and 1970s. Martin Sprocket and Gear bought Fairmount, moving production to Fort Worth; a couple years later, the Fairmount tool line was renamed Martin. Martin still makes Fairmount-heritage wrenches in Fort Worth.
