Hello Mr Raphael and sorry again for my delayed answer,
As I mentioned in my previous e-mail I am a US army soldier assigned in Iraq and I will be here untill April 2009 .My wife will be in charge of the delivery as I already have everything arranged with her .The tractor is located at my parents house in Phoenix/AZ. I have a few connections in AZ and I think I wont be charged very much . My father had a terrible car accident a couple of weeks ago.He is not even recovered yet. I pray every day and I have faith that he will recover. We are not allowed to use the phone for business purposes, only for family emergencies, therefore I will be unable to call you . My wife is taking care of him and she is also taking care of the things around the house. I promised her that I will handle everything but the shipment ...I hope you can understand why I cannot put you in contact with her...I do not want to bother her as she is still preety upset because of what happened to us in the last months.I got assigned in Iraq , my father`s ! accident ....
I will explain you in a few words how the transaction will take place as I do not want anything in advance from you until you inspect the tractor and you make a decision. I think this is fair enough for both of us and it will save you a lot of time .
The transaction will go straight through Trader Publishing Company (www.traderpublishing-ltd.us). They will be our middle man. For more information about how they can handle a transaction please e-mail them at: trader-publishing@representative.com .
The steps are very easy to follow :
1. You will send the payment to Trader Publishing .($2900)
2. My wife will ship you the tractor (We will pay for all shipping and handling fees to your location ).
3. You will receive the tractor and you will have a 5 days inspection period.
4. If the tractor is what you expected Trader Publishing will forward the payment to my wife.
You can also find more info regarding how Trader Publishing Company can handle a transaction by going to:

Looking forward to hear from you !
Sincerely,
Todd Amar

Hello,
I am sorry for the delay but my work will not allow me to have access to the internet all day long.
My father is the original owner of this tractor. He is old now and he doesn"t need it anymore. He asked me to put the announce on the internet and i am just helping him.I don`t know many things about tractors but i can assure you that this is a very well maintained one.I am US millitary Air Force soldier assigned in Iraq and I will be here till April 2009.I am from CLARKSVILLE/TN as you can see from my add but my family is located in Phoenix/AZ, but don"t worry cause we are willing to pay the shipping and handling fees and the price will be still $2800 .I already found a local shipping company which is not so expensive for shipping in US .The delivery time will be 3 days .
Here you have some additional informations about the tractor :
Make: John Deere
Model: 7210
Model Year: 1997
Hours: 8991
Drive: 4WD
Fuel: Diesel
Engine Cylinders: 6
Engine HP: 110
Transmission Type: Synchro Shift
Serial Number: S002396

You also have some pictures attached so you can see for yourself the condition of this tractor.Write me back if you need any other informations or if you have other questions .
Thank you very much for your interest and I wish you a Happy New Year
Sincerely
Todd Amar

Look on the next page in this section under Paul Albertson. Apparently this guy can't remember his own name-- he keeps changing it with the same story.
