Hello, I have this motor in an old launch, and the injector pump gave out. After having it sorted I was re installing it on the motor, and I dropped the front shaft that comes out of the front drive. I was not sure that I put it back in the correct place, and it appears that I didn"t as the diesel gets up to the end of the lines, but the motor doesn"t start. I think that the injector pump timing might be out. How do I go about timing it properly?

Hi. Go to www.fordsontractorpages.nl then go to the bulletin board and look at the Ford and Forson conversions forum or ask them.

Did you bleed the fuel system up to the injectors? You really need to do that before you declare that the insallation is incorrect.
