This message is a reply to an archived post by OhioTractorGuy on January 24, 2011 at 13:53:26.The original subject was "Hauler John 2245313002".
Wow--am I glad I did a search on this fellow! And thanks to all of you for posting. You just saved me a bundle of grief. "Paul Beam" offered me a great deal on hauling equipment out of Kansas, assuring me he had insurance, but not willing to provide references. Whew!
Now...anybody know a reputable hauler who might offer reasonable rates for a haul from Kansas to California?

This guy just tried to get me also said his name was Tom on a haul from NH to NY been calling me like crazy but wife is in the hospital so i never got back to after i talked to him one time THANKS

If you look in buyer seller feed back,,,there is Going broke trucking..(John)he will provide you with everything you want to know or Dale Shafer both #'s are listed and more haulers....good luck

When poeple run into trouble with haulers/scammers is when they ask for money up front that is the kiss of death..

Well, unfortunately I should have researched this phone number before I sent this clown a $100 deposit. I have used this website to move items in the past and assumed this guy was OK. We talked 10 times then I finally got the credit card depoist requested. Now he has my money. Oh well lesson learned. I knew it was to good to be true.
