Get some extra filters and use it. Wont hurt a thing, but will clean everything up real good. Hence, the filters.

In my Farmall 656 i"ve been running 5gal of veg oil (filtered to 10 micron) mixed with gal of kerosene at above 50 deg only . It starts on glow plugs and runs well , I do see a small loss in power and I carry a spare fuel filter with me .
