I just broke the water pump pulley. Looks like it wore through the bottom of the grove is this separate from the water pump or part of it. Replaced the pump a few years back and carnt remember. Why do these things happen at dark have to have a look in morning. Any help greatly appreciated thanks

Hi.
Try Agriline. I've just checked their site. New pump listed @ £32.50 -- Repair kit listed @ £16.50. You'll have to do the cash conversion cos I don't know what the rates are. Prices will be plus shipping. They have a very good overseas reputation for quick service. MTF |

May be too late.
The pulley is separate from the pump. The bolts holding the fan also holds the pulley which bolts to the pump..
If it is worn on the bottom, you have an incorrect fan belt, it should pick up the pulley with the sides. / / / |

Had a look at missicks site shows pully is held on with fan bolts got this one off and it is pressed onto the water pump shaft not bolted |
