I recently replaced the multipower components on my MF285. The multipower is working great now but my only issue is that it is stuck in high. The linkage is adjusted correctly. I split the tractor today thinking the control valve linkage may have become disengaged. Everything appears normal. I am wondering if the control valve itself needs rebuilding. Any way to confirm this? Any other ideas? Thanks.

Check to see if spool valve is moving to both high and low detent positions, may be able to see it shift through bottom plate while helper shifts dash lever.

The multipower lever appears to be moving the spool valve from high to low. I took the spool valve apart today and everything appears to be functioning correctly. I don't know if there is anything else that can cause the multipower to stick in high.
