Mitch,
Sorry, but I can't make it. I will be in Biloxi from late January 30 until late February 2, so if you can move the show date up and and down to the coast, I'll look you up.

Mitchissippi,
I read that you have built a model of a cotton picker. What model picker is it and is it 1/16 scale? Can you post a picture?

No sir, Mr. Harold, I haven"t built a picker - yet. I have built a packer.

Mitch,
Although I am not a model builder, I am going to attempt to build a 1/16 scale IH one row picker. It will definitely not be detailoed true scale and will probably look kind of generic when I finish, as this will be my first attempt ever of scratch building a model. All my proportions will be from memory as I have no plans and few photographs. Maby it won't look too bad. I plan on mostly building it out of brass after I get the materials.
