HELP, I HAVE A 6 CYLINDER DEUTZ TRACTOR AND SEEM TO HACE A PROBLEM WITH INJECTOR PUMP, WHRN I BLEED THE FUEL SYSTEM USEING THE LITF PUMP THE FUEL WONT COME UP TO THE INJECTORS,IT DOESNT EVEN COME OUT OF THE INJECTOR PIPE FITTINGS AT THE PUMP END,BUT WHEN I TURN ENGINE OVER WITH STARTER ITS OK BUT AS SOON AS I STOP THE TRACTOR THE INJECTOR PIPES EMPTY BACK TO THE PUMP, WHERE CAN THIS FUEL BE GOING,ITS NOT GOING THROUGH INTO ENGINE OIL AND I HAVE AN ANTI RETURN VALVE IN FUEL LINE SO ITS NOT GOING BACK TO THE TANK, |

The purpose of the lift pump is to supply fuel to the low pressure side of the system. The high pressure side is bleed by turning the engine over. More questions? |
