Just got some stuff from HitnMiss. Anyone have a procedure for putting the spring on the start handle ? I'm sure I can figure it out, just trying to make it easier -if possible. Thanks.

Should have added - is the serial plate held on with 'drive screws' or tapped (maybe 6-32) screws?

Nothing magical on the spring. Just wind it up and hold the handle in place and drive the pin through. It helps to have a helper and have the pin started in the flywheel first.
The tag is held on with drive pins. Drill the old ones out and then just drive the new ones in.
