Hey guys, can anyone tell me what that big yellow hose to the below right of the seat is on my tractor? It"s cracked and I know it"s not original and I would like to replace it with the proper hose. Thanks!

The plug that it goes into behind the seat is where you fill the rear end and hydraulics. I'm guessing that it may have been some sort of a hyd. return line. I can't tell what the other end is hooked to, so it may not even need to be there now.

It looks like the tractor has A double acting spool block fitted by what I can see it has 2 levers by the R/H side of the seat. One that moves vertically in an ark for the 3 point. Then there is another that may move forward and back or side to side on a little block bolted on a plate possibly on the seat mounting bolts. That's how mine is done anyway.

That is the double acting spool block and that yellow line is the return oil to the back axle as the other guy said. All you need to do is buy Hydraulic return hose the correct size from a tractor dealer or hydraulics supplier. Its sold by the foot.
To work the spool you put the pto in gear Raise the hitch with its lever. Then put a pin in the hitch lever or do something to lock it right up This gives a constant flow of oil. Mine is a hole with a pin so dont know what yours has. There could also be a tap in the rubber line that feeds the block that has to be open as well.
Then when you move the lever on the spool block oil is pumped to the two lines on top of the pto guard with the couplings on to run a cylinder on an implement.
It depends which way the lever is moved as to what line the oil flows down . You should see one line jump then move the lever opposite then the other will jump or hear a change in note on the tractor motor or hear a relief valve squeak with no cylinder attached to the system if it works.
You have to fix the broken line first before operating this block. if you don't it will pump all the oil out of the axle on the ground. also the couplings may not hold pressure either and spray oil if they don't seal so be warned to expect it.The oil may come out at more than 1500 psi so check and see if the other lines look good to.
