Just wanted to say thank you to "WayneB" for his help on my Dexta's problems. I purchased the Dexta from my Brothers friend who wanted to get rid of it. He gave me a great deal on it, so I had to bring it home. There are a few things on the tractor that have been "jerry rigged" to keep the tractor running. The Manual Fuel Pump was leaking & sucking air (problem 1), it had a electrical fuel pump added to pump the fuel to the injector pump (all jerry rigged). When the tractor would run it was wide open!!! Well I asked a few questions and WayneB nailed it, with a order for a new diaphram and fuel pump, the tractor is back up and running. I removed the electrical fuel pump and it looks a lot cleaner. I still have a lot of things to fix, repair & replace to make it right again, but its a start.

Again Thanks for the help WayneB.

Anytime. I have grown fond of the Dextas, and really like the Super Dextas. In the past ten years, most every Dexta part is now available on the internet. Parts on this site, and Walts online--hardly anything we can't find.

For my use on my cattle farm in Lunenburg VA, the Super is my tractor of choice.
