I gave a man who wanted help on his 730 gas carb a phone # and it got deleted it was popin johns carb shop # why did you delete it there was no bad message on the reply, and this happens alot, would you tell me whats going on, I was trying to help someone on here. Thanks Rick |

Rick,
The generic answer is that posts get deleted from reports and violations of site policy. Neither is the case with your post. We did lose a couple of posts yesterday to a technical problem, but I even doubt that is what it was. So we aren't sure, but the post you mention looks okay.
If a post is lost due to technical issues, it will remain on Modern while being gone on Classic, or vice versa. We can't recover the other side in that event. Sometimes I'll mention that with a post here. Like I say, I don't think that was it. It will likely remain a mystery in this case.
