What kind of lub do I use on my D2 Cat tracks? And I live in the Portland Oregon area-where can I get this lub? |

If you mean the rollers and idlers with the button head fittings they call for 00 grade grease. Most oil and grease suppliers can order it for you. I have heard that corn head grease is close to that grade. |

Lubriplate 5555 is one such grease. I buy it online in a 5 gallon pail from oiltown.com . Best price I could find, even allowing for shipping. |

Cornhead grease. Lubriplate's expensive! Recommended lubes are great for new machines, but for our old stuff, something that sticks and doesn't leak does the trick. |
