I was using a Case 550 LT the other day to do some light dirt work.When you apply the left steering brake the dozer will stop dead in its tracks in forward or reverse. It steers fine to the right.Any help is appreciated.

That sounds like its lost drive to the right track,drive the dozer against something solid and see if both tracks spin,if the right track stops it indicates there is a problem on that side,drain the final oil and look for metal.
