I assume you are talking about the throttle linkage between the governor and the carburetor. With the engine off, remove the pin from the clevis that attaches the carb linkage to the governor lever. With the hand throttle wide open and the carb butterfly wide open the length of the linkage should be 1 turn too long to replace the pin back in the clevis without moving the governor lever. If everything else is in order that should give good governor function. Joe |
