will a 11.2x24 turf tire fit on my to-35 that has 12.4x28's on it?

No you have to have a 28 inch tire to fit on the 28 inch rim. |

If you have 2 24 inch rims with the 24 inch centers then you can put them on the TO 35 using 24inch tires. |

If you have centers that bolt up to a MF hub, you only have to worry about the odd unbalanced looks, and you really don't want 650x16's up front, but old pick up 16's or ballons like this. The rears are 9x24. This set does not hurt the lawn at all, leaves no trace of tire marks, but will have zero traction on other jobs.
