I am having my throttle on my TO 20 drop off on its own sometimes while at full throttle running a tiller or brush hog. When this occurs, I can hold the throttle at full but there is resistance as the governor spring is forcing the gov. arm into the fan belt. The arm does not hit the belt if/when the throttle is working normally. Can someone tell me what is going on and what to do to correct this? Thanks
