I rebuilt the gas motor in an IH706, under its really bad red paint it is white. I assume that this is a demonstrator?

This tractor is a wide front, no TA and is a bare back.

So should I paint it all red like every other 706 or should I put it back to it"s original demonstrator status? Any pictures of what an 1965 IH706 demonstrator looked like?

It's not a white demo, ask on the Farmall forum--IMO it is just a regular 706, but the factory would paint it any color desired.

Very good. If there is/was nothing unique to the original white color I will finish it farmall red.

only the Farmall Cub, Farmall Super A, and Farmall C were painted White as a Demo; and they were only painted that for around the first few months of 1950. Later on down the road (1960s or 1970s) IH painted their demonstrater tractors Red & Gold. Not sure what models or years, but it was later on and on the big tractors.
