Guys and gals, new to the forum. I recently entered the world of tractor restoration. My interest brings me to Ford Tractors. I have recently bought and Ford 641 Workmaster and the 3 point Hitch has never lifted. I actually bought the Dan and Guy Hydraulic rebuild DVD and followed it carefully. I tore apart and rebulit the piston and made sure all the valves were free new CNH o rings ect. Long story short I put it back together primed the pump and still no movement. Needless to say Im stuck. Do I check the pump for pressure?? could it be my check valve?? Anybody please give me your input.
