I dont have a manual as of right. I was wanting to know a quick rundown on changing brakes on my CA. And any cetain tools or know hows to get me started, thanks |

You can go thru the pictures at the link to see how I did it after the first two. I remove the final drive and after the pins are punuched out I take the brake bands out over the pinion shaft rather trying to pull them out the top. In my opinion it is faster in the long run. The crap that most have in them can be removed at the same time easier. If you do not have the lifts and jacks it might not be the best way for you. Easier to get the pins out buy drilling a 3/8" hole on the inside as close to center as you can and drive them out. I found it easier to use an air hammer punch than driving them out with a hammer if you have one also.
No real easy way to get them out. |

the air hammer and the 3/8 hole on the backside of the pin are a must. Getting the mouse nest and mud out of the housing, around the brakes is also a must. |
