What type of hardware do I need to put a dual on a UTS? Picture of a dual on would be best. Thanks |

I'm not acquainted with the rear wheels on a standard, but would Clamp-ons work? |

Clam Ons were mostly used. Also I think I have a set of cast iron hubs to fit a UTS. What size rim do you have? (Wheel Centers?) Hubs are for sale.

It is a standard, cast centers 14x30 rim. Has clampbolts hoding the rim to the center.
Do I need some sort of clamp bolt with an eye to hook the rods in for clamp on type? Then I assume I need some kind of spacer or ring between the rims? Is it just another rim like whats on it already or a special dual rim? I have seen this type of dual before but have not put them on or seen them apart. Sorry for my inexperience. |

Yes it's another rim with a spacer welded to it. A nut with a loop is screwed onto the wedge bolt. Then you have a long bolt with a hook at the head that fits into the loop, and the other end goes through a lug, and the nut is draw ed up. I would take a picture of my, but they're not on the tractor right now. I could take a picture of the dual rim if you like. |

Thanks J Wondergem, I didn't know it was a special rim.
I'll have to keep my eyes open for a 30" dual rim. Somehow I don't think it's going to be easy to find. |

I made a set years ago. I bought a used set of rims, and had a machine shop roll a piece to weld inside. Made the long bolts with a hook on the end. You can buy the nuts with the eye on them to screw to the bolts that wedge your wheels on. |
