I have had terible luck with this brand. I worked in the industry for years and am a stickler on proper pressure etc. But I have had a bunch of these tires let go. These were on different trailers, different sizes, and even made in more than one country. Believe it or not I went to hook to one trailer last week & discovered that the spare bolted on the spare tire mount had blown all to pieces just parked! Anyone else had trouble with Maxxis? Kip

Maxxis is connected to Cheng Shin Tire, they are heavily made by china and whatnot. Some of their stuff is real good, some is trash.

Very interesting.
I belong to an RV forum site and Maxxis seems to be the brand of choice over there when you can't get an LT-rated truck tire in the correct size.
