Anyone ever change tire on a Choremaster one wheel garden tractor? Would appreciate any advice.

Yes, I have changed one of mine. The trick is to mount it on the rim with the >>>> tread, facing forward, on the rim, when in operating position. The clutch rod has to be removed, and the gearbox cover needs to be removed. Might as well put in the oil seal, too, if there is even the slightest leak. No surprise springs to spring out at you. If you take a few cell phone pics, of the dis-assembly procedure, they'll help you remember how to put it back together. Got an extra over the top weight, layin around?? |

So I take off the front and expose the gear (already did this) and then do I pull the gear off and take the right side completely off to get to the tire?

Don't have a top weight and not sure what they look like. Sorry. |

If I am remembering right, it pushes out, from the gearbox. you may have to remove some of the clutch, It's been a coupla years since I did mine. |
