DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT BAGGER FOR THE HT3813? OR IS THERE ANOTHER GENERIC MAKE THAT COULD BE FITTED WITH A LITTLE TROUBLE?

If you just need replacement bags for bagger rather than complete unit do a goggle search for honda ht 3813+rear bagger,click on link to www.psepbiz,has oem & aftermarket bags for unit.

Another thought would be to check Ebay, Craigslist, etc. Should be someone with a bagger thay don't need somewhere.
You don't say what parts you need, but I would bet that most of the parts for that bagger would be available. We service several of those old Hondas regularly and I can't recall any part I've needed being totally unavailable, although several took a while to arrive.
