I am looking for the lug bolts for the allis g. They are 1/2" fine thread about an inch long with a tapered head (like a lug nut)

They are 1/2" x 20. These bolts are available new from several vendors. Another solution is to install 1.5 inch long 1/2 x 20 grade 5 or grade 8 bolts from the back side of the hub and then you can use regular or chrome 1/2 x 20 lug nuts. Kip
