The spring on the upper arm for the throttle governor on my TO35 broke.
It is still attatched to the curved part of the assembly, but I can"t seem to see where the other end would attach. |

One end is attached to the curved link and the other is attached to the Thermostat Housing. It may just have a hole in the housing where an adjuster bolt was used attached to the spring and then you need to tighten the bolt to stretch the spring slightly.
