I would think that any Agco/White dealer could get you one as a reprint.Agco.com?

I have a 2-16's Oliver 100 plow. The only problem that I had with clutch is if I set the land side all the way down the arm would not want to catch the rollers. All I did was cranked it up just a little (on land side) and it would contact rollers. Just an idea and I don't know if this your problem with clutch.

Pete,
You didn’t state the exact nature of the problem but if it won’t lift after the trip rod is pulled, it may be the “Lift Pawl” and/or the “Lift Pawl Spring" (if you"ll send an email, I will forward some pages from the Parts Manual). Sometimes they’ll get stuck with dried grease and dirt but the spring may be broken or rusted away. You can still find NOS parts. Check on the Oliver chat room.
As suggested, the Floyd County Museum can supply you with manuals.
Good luck with it,
Art
