Does anyone know where to find a replacement breather tube for a 1959 To 35 gas engine? Mine has almost rusted off completly. Not sure if I could just fabricate a tube or if there is supposed to be a check valve of some sort in the tube or at the rocker cover. Thanks for the help.

FE 35 breather tubes are made of 1/2'' copper pipe , fairly easy to bend and solder.

Thanks Jerry, the tube is missing, broke off, right at the bend where it turns down. Not sure if the restictor was in that portion or at the valve cover.

Thanks jim, I'm not sure if they are the same. I should pull the cover off one of these days and adjust a noisy rocker. Would be a good time to replace cover. I'll do a bit of reserch or perhaps someone else might know if the covers are interchangable.
