Have a super 90 that will not start. thought it was the starter(rebuilt it). open up the small access hole and am able to spinn the fly wheel with my finger. It was run fairly low on hydraulic fluid but all fluids are up to par now. Need help. |

Sounds as if your saying the starter is not turning over the engine. If that is the case then hook a set of jumper cables to the starter. If it still fails to turn over then take off the starter and repeat with the cables. |

You shouldn't be able to turn the flywheel with your finger. Sounds like a problem inside the bell housing to me. Does it have Multi-Power? |
