RP: Just looked at a green Cockshutt 1555 today that will be on the sale tomorrow over at Tiffin. It has splash panels on it and could not get a real good look at the serial number but numbers are 230?48. Otherwise looks like it is equipped like yours. It was raining too hard to check everything real close. Several G-M power models there as well.

did some cockshutts stay green when they left or is this something done by the owners. this would be the second 1555 that i have been told was green and i have always thought that cockshutt's oliver were painted red.

This is in the serial number range for the tractor that were going to Vietnam. Look back it was discussed on here

this tractor is the second tractor built of the second production run.
