Does anyone know if you can get the sheet metal for the Fords made here in the states? I had heard a few years ago that some one was thinking about tooling up to make it here in the states.

I had heard Dennis Carpenter was thinking about it. I don't know if it's avaiable or not. May want to call him and inquire.

DC was gearing up for it but it was not going to be made in the USA. The last I heard the manufacturer he was dealing with did not have it up to his standards yet.

i know dc like things to be 'exactly like original'.. but heck.. even 'pretty good' sheet metal would be awesome to have in new production!
