Working on My Son's 3000 and have lines flushed and gas pumping thru the inlet to sediment bowl. Bowl has issues. The hardware is not holding bowl correct and the gasket is shot. Can this complete sediment bowl be found at NAPA?

You would do well to repair that sediment bowl if at all possible. As far as I know they are NLA anywhere.
Gasket can be made up easy with either an Oring or a piece of inner tube and a sharp scissors.
You can take the center stem out of the housing.
It is made up of about a gazillion little brass star shaped washers on a center post that unscrews. They get full of crud and block the flow.
Turn on the radio to the Redskins game and take the stem out and clean all the tiny washers in lacquor thinner or somesuch then put them all back on the stem. Take you most of the game to do it.
If you don't like the Redskins, don't have patience or have Lots of dough I have a NOS one of those sediment bowl/filters I would sell.

I will try to get a gasket today or O-ring to fit. The issue is the knurled nut with the threaded fork that fits over the hanger wire. One of those small tongs is broken. I may be able to reproduce with a similiar thread stock and some vise time with hacksaw and file.

As Ultradog said, the sediment bowl filter assembly is no longer available, but the baiil appears to be. The bail is the loop of rod that hooks into the top housing of the sediment bowl assembly and hangs down below the glass bowl, and the threaded shaft and knurled nut are included as part of the bail assembly. The part number for the entire bail, including the threaded shaft and knurled nut is D4NN9C297A, and partspring.com shows 196 of them available in stock for $23.18 each, plus shipping. CLICK HERE

You can probably buy the bail from New Holland. Gasket for sure.

I would think that threaded fork would not be too hard to make at home - as you say with a bolt, vise and hacksaw and file.
If you do buy one from CNH as Rick suggests, ask them for the gasket too.
PS, they made two different lengths of bottle/bail so if you order one get the right length.
