Did you do anything with the water pump? I would check that first as a bad seal can put anti freeze in the oil. |

How much water is getting in?? I would second Cliff"s idea of checking the water pump. They are pretty prone to problems, though they typically will leak to the outside more commonly than the inside (at least on 605s & old style & HD 800s )...
If it gets hot on you very quickly and/or runs hot with bubbles in the water, might have a cracked head or bad gasket...

well i just found out there is alot more then just that to worry about... whoever rebuilt this motor had no clue what they were doing... i heard a loud clicking noise from the valve cover and i took the breather off and looked down in there and the whole rocker setup was sideways so i took the valve cover off and three push rods werent even conected to the rockers.. they have been sitting in there beating the hell out of everything and the rocker toweres are snapped right off... this motor has alot more problems then just that now.. and i never owned a 6 cylinder moline befour soo i didnt know it wasnt running right.. and since its a diesel everything makes noise soo i didnt hear it till i took the hood off and i havent even owned this tractor for a week yet.. im pist |

Yikes!
Sounds like you've got a problem...
Does it look like the heads have ever gotten hot?? Is the paint and/or grease burned off them??
If so, they might be cracked causing your water issue... And or caused a valve guide to seize up on the valve breaking the rocker arms...

Ryan, Cliff is right about the water pump seal. It happened to me on my G6 and it would dump a lot of water into the crankcase. I'm not sure what your water problem will turn out to be, but, don't forget the water pump. A good place to get Moline parts is from Welters, 417-498-6496. |

I had the same problem with mine. It was the water pump seal. |

yea there rusty but the heads and jugs have been baked out when it was rebuilt but i dont think antifreez is getting in the cylinder tho beacuse its not hydro locking or no white smoke and it has brand new valvs and guides and they all seem to be good |
