mill the head, install a msd ignition. put in an overbore kit, bring the motor out to 133 cid. get rid of sediment bowl, install bigger fuel line. the 1st gear set from a farmall 140 slows 1st down by 16%. ring/pinion from ih 2404 or 240 utility slows all four gears down by 11%, makes the little tractor compete. i can run my super c in second gear up to 3750.

Andy, was wondering what the tooth counts were for the ring and pinion for the 240 utility and the gear counts for the bull gears and shafts. Thanks Tim |

Did you ever make it back to pull with the river rat? He probably wants to shoot me because I was suppose to go this yr.
But work kept getting in the way! Darn money! |
