I am in the process fixing up and painting a 350 for a friend, on the inside on the door side there is a piece of metal that covers the seam where the side panels meet, that runs horizontal, the whole length of the box, does any one know what the correct name for that piece of metal is it isnt angle iron because it is bent tighter that 90 degrees? thanks guys!! |

I dont know what that part is called. Having bought a couple of 350's new 20 years ago, they didnt come with an owners / parts manual, or at least the dealer didnt give me one. Probably need to call a dealer. Call it a box frame support, box structural frame support, something of that nature. It still might use the term angle even though its not 90 degrees. |
