Local salvage yard has a White 6342 rollover plow sitting in their yard. It is currently set up as a 4-18 but has the equipment to set it up as a 5-18. Coulters all turn but are a little stiff, turn cylinder has some rust and I did not look to see if it is pitted. Paint on a scale of 1-10 would be a 6 or 7. Moldboards have no wear grooves on them that I could see, shares look good and look like they would suck the plow in the ground, shins look good and so do the landslides. Plow has the trash covering boards. This is not my plow. Only reason I am telling you about it is that it is to good of a plow to sit around. Overall condition I would guess to be a 8 or 9. Salvage yard wants $2250 firm. Shoot me a reply if interested and I will get you in contact with the Salvage Yard. Located in northeast Missouri.

Plow is located at Watters Implement at Palmyra. 573-769-4552 and ask for Dale. I only saw one listed on TRACTORHOUSE and it was a 3 bottom with no coulters and I think they were asking $3500. I am not a plow man but I think this is a good one.

It's too far for me... I have a 3 bottom Oliver 6342 that I need parts for. It's a trip bottom, but the trip broke instead of tripping when I hit a stump. I paid 1350 for it this past spring. There's a 4-18 in Montana on fastline for 2150 and one in Idaho on craigslist for 1500.

This plow is worth taking a look at. I"m not a plow guy but I think it is a dandy for someone who has the HP to pull it and a tractor that is weighted in the front. I bet this plow has seen very few acres.
