I restored 6 or 7 StandardTwins back in the 1970's. Never had the ConvertibleTwin. The tractors I had came with the 10" Moldboard plow, disk, cultivator and sicklebar mower. The reason I liked these tractors they were all gear driven, had a multi-disc clutch that ran in oil and had a pto. I also had a Viking G I bought in
1960 for $15.00. I kept the moldboard plow when I sold the tractor I use on my Wards garden tractor. I plowed the garden with it yesterday.

I wonder what the cut is for the riding mower. Likely 3ft. I know that Sears used DB riding mowers for their Handiman tractors. Likely either is darn HAD to get. Going to get 2 twins it seems, One with front mounted out front mower, and one with the front mounted off side raise up and down sickle mower. |

I should've kept one of those tractors. They will pull that 10-inch plow with ease. I always wanted a VikingTwin, but I 've never seen one here in MD. Hal |
