Does anybody make/sell them anymore? Can they be hand made if not available. IF SO, What metal would be best to use?

I hear "Jari" sections are available and fit David .Bradley.
I haven't tried them. I don't think making them would be easy, they are very hard steel.

To make them to use you would have to shape them and drill the holes and then harden them. For the average at home guy it's possible but they would have to have someplace that will do the hardening process for them.

For show and not work I'd see if there was a section that had the correct hole localtion abd try to grinf it to fit.

If you are talking about knife sections for the HABAN Sickle-Mo, they are available through TSC. Rural King may have them as well.

I know that someone on the Haban Yahoo Group also mentioned getting some at their local JD dealer.
