I noticed that the top of the oil intake screen was caved in on my tractor. I dont know how long its been like this but the tractor has held a steady oil pressure of about 25 since i bought it. Should i replace this? I found a used pickup up tube and screen but the listing states that it is for a MF35. Will the one for the MF 35 work? The first picture is of the one i was going to buy. the second picture shows mine. |

According, to the TO 30 & TO 35 parts books they are the same part number. So my answer is yes. |

As long as the oil will flow through the filter easily it will be OK. If you have a filter then by all means fit it...John(UK)...fergusontractors@hotmail.com |

You can remove the screen and beat out the bent portions from the inside. You'll be surprised at all the grime inside the screen. |
