I need the linkage from the gov to the upper throttle linkage. The Q/D ball is worn out. Anyone got 1?
Is there supposed to be a return spring on the choke?

I can help you out on the throttle linkage. E-mail me.
There is a spring on the choke. It is item 32 on the parts list. It is a coil spring on the carb"s choke shaft. I am sure you could get one from an auto parts store.

There is a special spring to keep the Choke open on the Schebler carb. You will not see it easily as it is on the side nearest to the Engine. Both ends are bent over to provide some location for the spring and to keep it in place. If you look for someone who sells Schebler Carb parts, they may have one, it doesn't need to be a Ferguson part and you probably wont find one...John(UK)...fergusontractors@hotmail.com

Thanks. I think I'll set up a spring behind the dash on the choke rod. I don't want to disassemble the carb.
