A couple of the sleeves still have intact shims on them. They were .010 thickness. I would assume that would be the ones to order for reassembly?

At a minimum, you will need .010's. How do your counter bores look? Does they need to be machined?
What I would do is get your new liners, drop them in and measure stand out. Then you will be able to determine if .010's will be OK to bring them back into spec. The liner/block interface can wear and yield over time resulting in a reduced standout.

I am reusing the old sleeves. I do not have a lot of high dollar tools for measuring this stuff. I have a set of dial calipers-thats it.
