I have a '72 JD 820 3cyl diesel tractor. It starts fine, but after about 7 - 10 minutes, it starts to lose power, and will stall. It does this sitting at idle or when under load. As it starts to lose power, increasing throttle doesn't change how it runs. It stalls. After a few minutes, it will start right up... 7 -10 minutes later, it stalls again. I have bled the system and changed both fuel filters and cleaned the bowls. Is it an injector pump issue or injector issue?

Check the fuel return line and return fitting at the inj pump for blockage. Have you checked that to determine good fuel flow from tank to inj pump? Is fuel cap venting??
