I notice that it dosent have any adjustment. How does one set it to keep it from digging in or running out of the ground?

There is a large lever that adjusts the depth of the plow. The lever sits on the right side of the tranny. You may be missing some parts.

Here's a pic of my Wards tractor that has a plow off a Viking tractor. It has that lever for tipping the plow point. Hal
