Purchased a Pony about 4 years ago and now the battery needs replacing. The battery is 7" wide and the hole above it (tool box holder) is 5" wide. Am I going to have to remove the side panels in order to put in a battery? If that is so it will probably set there a while. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Be careful on the one side you have the oil pressure tube. The battery slides out the other side, but I took both panels off to get to the cables batter.
