what would cause the antifreez to spit out of the overflow tube and the cap.. but it only does this when the motors under a load.. and it runs really close to the hot on the temp guage

Radiator cores plugged? Radiator dirty? Impeller in water pump loose? Bubbles in coolent while running could be leaking head gasket, or worse, a cracked head. Just some things to check.

everything is really clean in the cooling system and ill have to run it with the cap off once to see if there is any bubbles coming up

It sounds like you may be getting compression into the water system...
Might be a cracked head or bad head gasket...
